Cancellation Policy for Platinum Society Beauty Lounge:

We understand that sometimes circumstances may require you to reschedule or cancel your appointment. To ensure the smooth operation of our salon and accommodate the needs of all our valued clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Rescheduling or Cancellation:

Appointments must be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours' notice to allow us to accommodate other clients and make necessary adjustments to our schedule.

Deposits:

Any appointments requiring a deposit will be refunded in full if rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours' notice.

Late Cancellations:

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be considered a "no show."

No Show Fee:

A "no show" fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost will be charged for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice. This fee must be paid before future appointments can be booked.

Cancellation Notification:

To reschedule or cancel an appointment, please call us at 587-815-4800 at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.
